About Jenn
When I first started navigating life with my two neurodivergent kiddos, I was completely overwhelmed. As a therapist, I honestly thought my education, training, and experience meant I’d be more prepared than most. Spoiler: I wasn’t.
I was able to find resources, support, and providers for my kids (which was its own exhausting journey), but I still felt insecure, inadequate, and like I was failing. There was tons of information out there, but not much that really spoke to what parents go through.
There were a lot of nights filled with tears, loneliness, identity crises, and shame. I don’t want any parent to have to sit in that—especially not by themselves. That’s exactly why I’m here: to support you.

“I can’t even put into words how much it means to finally feel seen and understood. For so long I felt like I was figuring this all out on my own, and working with River and Jenn has been such a relief. I feel less alone, more hopeful, and like I actually have someone in my corner who truly gets my kid and our family.”
