Trauma can often leave the nervous system feeling dysregulated or disconnected from the body. Through gentle movement, breathwork, grounding practices, and mindful awareness, these sessions help restore a sense of stability and internal safety. The focus is not on physical performance or flexibility, but on creating an environment where you can explore movement, rest, and breath in ways that support healing. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your needs, preferences, and comfort level. You are always in control of your experience, with options and invitations rather than expectations. Over time, trauma-informed yoga can support nervous system regulation, reduce stress and anxiety, increase body awareness, and help rebuild a sense of trust in your body.
