Service Description

Restorative yoga is a slow, gentle practice designed to help the body deeply relax and reset. Using supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll settle into comfortable poses that are held for longer periods of time, allowing your nervous system to shift out of stress mode and into a state of calm and restoration. This practice is ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply in need of intentional rest. Restorative yoga supports stress reduction, improved sleep, nervous system regulation, and overall emotional well-being. Rather than focusing on effort or flexibility, the emphasis is on stillness, breath, and allowing the body to release tension naturally. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Restorative yoga is accessible to all levels and offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and give yourself the care your mind and body deserve. Please bring your own mat. *Minimum of 2 participants required to hold class*
